 Customized Items:

When it comes to customized items, it is important to understand that due to their personalized nature, they may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. This is because the item has been specifically tailored to your preferences and cannot be resold to another customer.

At the time of purchase, we will work closely with you to ensure that the customization details are accurate and to your liking. We encourage you to ask any questions or provide any additional information that may be necessary to ensure that your custom item meets your expectations.

However, if for any reason there is an issue with the quality or workmanship of the item, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Non-customized Policy:

At our company, we take pride in providing high-quality products to our customers. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a product may be defective. In such cases, we offer a hassle-free exchange or refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

If you receive a defective item, simply contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We will work with you to either exchange the item for a new one or issue a refund, whichever you prefer. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging and unused for us to process the exchange or refund.

 

Shipping Policy:

Thank you for your interest in our in-house completed items! We take pride in crafting every product with the utmost care and attention to detail. As such, please note that our items typically take 10-12 business days to create from the time of order.

Once your order is complete, we will ship it out to you as soon as possible. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and shipping method selected during checkout. Please be aware that there may be delays due to factors outside of our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, rush orders may incur additional fees.
